There are currently three volunteers working on cataloguing the archives held: Jane le Cluse (right), Karen Wilson (left) and Diana North (middle).

The archives consist of documents, photographs and a few small artefacts, all donated by those interested in the history of the parish. We also retain Oral History interviews. The archivists are based in The Hamilton Room in Church Street and the display board outside the Hamilton Room is regularly updated with new displays.

An exhibition is held each year;

2013  Two Decades a Century Apart – 1840s and 1940s
2014  World War I – Those Who Went and Those Who Returned
2015  Medieval Betchworth – c1066-1485
2016  Celebrating 200 Years of the Goulburn Family & The Betchworth Estate
2017  Betchworth Gardens & the Horticultural Society
2018  Trades and Services in Betchworth
